This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to your personal information that The Atlanta Dance Academy (“TADA,” “we,” “our,” “us”) may obtain when you visit https://www.tadaatlanta.com/ (the “Site”). This Policy describes how we may collect, use, or share information about you; your choices regarding our use of your information; how we safeguard such information; and how you may contact us regarding our privacy practices.

When you use our Site, we may collect your personal information. “Personal Information” means information that is linked or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.
Personal Information does not include information that is publicly available or information that is aggregated or anonymous.
Information You Provide
We, or vendors acting on our behalf, may collect Personal Information such as name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number, and payment information when you:
- Create an account in Mindbody,
- Register for a dance class,
- Donate to TADA,
- Submit an inquiry through our rental form, or
- Apply for a job position with TADA.
Information Collected Automatically
We, and our vendors, may use tracking technologies to collect Personal Information about your online activities through the use of cookies, clear GIFs or web beacons, local shared objects or tracking pixel technology. These tracking technologies may collect your IP address, device identifiers, user preferences, approximate geolocation, the pages you click on, and the website you visited immediately beforehand.
We may use these technologies for various purposes, including to provide certain features and functionality on our Site, understand how our websites are performing, analyze how visitors use our Site, and for advertising purposes. We or other parties may collect Personal Information about your online activities over time when you use our Site. Google Analytics

Adobe Fonts
The Site uses Adobe Fonts, a typeface service provided by Adobe Inc. When you visit the Site, your browser connects to Adobe’s servers to load fonts, which may result in Adobe collecting your IP address and other technical data. Mindbody
To register for classes, purchase memberships, or process payments, you will be directed to our third-party platform, Mindbody, Inc. Any Personal Information you submit through Mindbody is subject to Mindbody’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. TADA is not responsible for the privacy practices of Mindbody. We may receive certain information from Mindbody about your transactions and account activity in order to administer your enrollment and communicate with you.
Google Forms
The Site uses Google Forms, a service provided by Google LLC, to collect submissions through certain forms. Information you submit through a Google Form is transmitted to and stored by Google and is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. TADA receives the information you submit and uses it solely for the purpose stated on each form (such as enrollment inquiries or contact requests).
Use of Personal Information
We may use your Personal Information for many purposes, such as to:
- Provide the products and services you have requested, including to register you or your dancer for dance classes;
- Communicate with you, including to send you dance class reminders, information on new dance class offerings, and information about the impact of your donation;
- Provide specific relevant marketing, promotional, or other information to you;
- Analyze trends and conduct research about our Site;
- Improve the Site; or
- Track traffic patterns and site usage.
Disclosing Personal Information
We may disclose your Personal Information with affiliates, business partners, vendors (e.g., payment processors and website developers), and other parties.
In the event of a business transaction, such as if we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (e.g., further to a merger, reorganization, liquidation, or any other business transaction, including negotiations of such transactions), we reserve the right to disclose any information we obtain through the Site.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, advertising, products, or content of websites or online services that TADA does not control. Please note that if you mention or comment about TADA or our Site in your post to another social network website, that platform may allow us to publish your post on our Site.

If you have a registered account with TADA and would like to update or delete your contact information, you can make these changes in your account.
If you elected to receive promotional information from us and prefer to no longer receive such materials from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in any such email.
