Kara Jacobson

Meet TADA's Founder

Kara, an Atlanta native, founded TADA in 2016, and she has more than 30 years of dance training and education experience. Her training and performance experiences include: Harkness House in New York City, The Joffrey Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, The Georgia Ballet, and Southern Ballet. 

Ms. Jacobson is also a graduate of the nationally recognized Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts (CCCEPA). Kara is an ABT® Certified Teacher in Pre-Primary through Level 3, and she also is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique.

Kara is a volunteer coach for the USA Special Olympics gymnastics team. In addition to launching TADA, Kara is a faculty member at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.

She believes everyone can “Find The Joy in Movement”.
